WEEKLY EVENTS

This is a listing of regular weekly swing events that are going on in Columbus, Ohio. As always, make sure to call the club in advance to make sure that the event isn't cancelled or otherwise changed.

Tuesdays
1. Jump Jive 'n Wail - beginner and intermediate/advanced lessons with Jessica and Chul.

Wednedays
1. Music Hall - Various bands play swing music starting at 8:30 pm. Great dance floor, and there are plans for beginning swing lessons. This venue is located off of 161 just west of Cleveland Avenue.

1. Barrister Hall - 13 O'clock plays jump swing all night, with basic lessons during band breaks with James "Midnight" Fox. (614) 621-1213.

Thursdays
1. 94th Aero Squadron - Rick Brunetto's Big band plays every Thursday night from 8-11 pm. Great band, great dance floor. (614) 237-8887.

Mondays
1. Bowties - Swing Dancing at the Radisson Hotel (off of I71 and Morse). Free admission for members of the Buckeye Bop Club, $3 for everyone else. There is a beginning dance lesson at 7 and a "Show a Move" lesson at 7:30, with dancing from 8 until 11pm. Swing dance to rhythm and blues, shag, beach and bop music.
